Within a certain period, KII will have an organization composed of the Board of Directors and Co-CEOs, management and advisory teams, and many departments including the Operations Department, the Regulatory Department, the International Cooperation Department, and the Communications Department. There will also be additional departments that focus on developing products in the specific areas of interest that have been recommended by the government, for example, life sciences, automation and electric transportation, renewable energy, and industrial and construction technologies. Each department working in these areas will have an operational team to drive their development.

Initially, the company will have a smaller organization, but the structure will grow gradually over time.

Management Team

The Management Team is the operational wing of KII and, in addition to the Co-CEOs, consists of several project managers who are responsible for KII’s various projects.

Advisory Team

The KII Advisory Team will have access to a network consisting of competent individuals across various fields at the national and international levels. Through this team, KII’s various projects will have access to a broad network that will provide advice, scientific guidance, and mentoring to innovators.

International Cooperation Department

To support its activities, KII must have access to international actors and organizations. This department will be responsible for all communications with international experts, organizations, and companies.

Operations Department

This department will be one of the most important at KII, as it will oversee innovation management and project development. The management of this department will be mainly composed of engineers from different disciplines.

Regulatory Department

The development of KII’s projects and products will adhere to international standards. Each project is developed and documented according to an international product-development process to ensure the highest levels of quality and safety.

Communication Department

This department spearheads all communications and media interaction. It also handles the publication of marketing materials for KII’s various projects and products.
